My claims that I have put through have gone really smoothly and the customer service was exceptional. Shelley even went above and beyond and helped guide me through what steps I needed to take when I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, though that had nothing to do with my policy. The new office building she is in is really accessible and easy to get to, just a couple blocks in from the Henday. Last but not least, a shout out to one of her staff, Billie, who is great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Shelley for all your insurance needs! Jenny always has an amazing personality and has always provided me with the best help I could ask for. Consistent, fast, and productive with great suggestions. She never backs down either when it comes to my personal challenges between keeping my vehicle and snowmobile insured at the same time or cancelling one or the other at random times of the year! Recently I got into an accident and let me start by saying that I am very grateful to be insured with Desjardins/StateFarm insurance. The claims department got my claim file started so quickly and there was no wait time on the phone at all in order to speak to a claims rep. I emailed Shelley about my concerns about my car accident and she called within two hours. She actually went out of her way to call me again after hours because I had missed the first phone call from her due to work. She did a very good job explaining where my insurance claim was at and the questions I had about my premium. I would highly recommend Shelley as an insurance agent because she went the extra mile to assure that my needs were met and satisfied and my questions were answered. Both her and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly, and make the overall experience of having to deal with insurance pain free!
