This Tim Hortons is so slow, Even with only 2 cars ahead it takes 10 minutes on drive through. All the other Tim Hortons in St.albert can be 3 times and busy and still faster. Dissatisfied with the service and how this Tim Hortons runs.

Drive thru is so slow. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a coffee. Also been here 8 times. 6 times my order had been wrong. Will be avoiding this one at all costs. When you order via mobile app and you say 5 minutes to arrive, show up 8 minutes and wait in the mobile line and told to go to register. Explain you ordered mobile and they have no idea what your order is. Worst tim hortons in st Albert. Maybe Alberta

I love the blueberry muffins but sad that they are only available innthe morning. I wish you can bake more in the evenings.

NEVER a good experience. If you get 70% of your order right consider yourself lucky because that's a good day. Rudenl staff at front counter and rude impatient staff at drive thru window. They don't listen to you at the drive thru window and rush you and then when they punch it in wrong they tell you it's your fault at the window. Apparently "ill make that a combo with wedges and am ice cap" isn't clear enough because I also ordered a donut and the system "automatically makes the combo out of the donut" so I don't get wedges or any offer to get me my wedges. Just "this is what you paid for". Avoid this location if at all possible.

The Tim Hortons offer on the app never works, not at this location at least. They would scan it and the amount you pay is never equivalent to as advertised in the app’s offer. They never give you the receipt so I finally asked for one today just to verify and they indeed do not match. It’s only a couple bucks difference so I’m not going to call the manager and ask for it back. Just have to expect to pay full price even if you activate the offers on your app.

I was just there this morning for the last time. when i order, they always talk over me so that i have to repeat myself multiple times and they always still my order wrong. my breakfast always comes out to just over $8 when i get it , today it was $11 and i was trying to tell the lady that hey, you gave me the wrong size ice cap and food and she wouldn’t listen to me. so i payed for more food than i needed. and their curb side orders is so broken. they had me waiting for almost 20 minutes one time and i ended up coming in through the drive through and then they were telling me I DID something wrong for coming through when i literally did everything right on the app and i even tried calling them. so my food was cold from sitting out. the amount of times i’ve left disappointed and with the wrong order means that i’ll be going to the Tim Hortons on Campbell road because at least there the girls are super sweet, and don’t get your order wrong EVER. it’s worth going way out of my way to get proper service and the food im actually ordering.

Honestly, I was treated with nothing but disrespect. I was ordering my breakfast in the morning, and the cashier was rushing me and barely giving me time to speak, having to repeat myself multiple times, and not even completing my order. She then has the audacity to say β€œma’am are you awake” completely disrespectful.

This location has it's good reviews and the bad. Of course because you can't please everyone, it's a job with teenagers and people being trained constantly as they care about people getting given a chance at an entry level job. The owner is highly responsive, local and cares deeply about customer service, his community, and his stores. Btw all the people complaining about a slow drive through, they have some people ordering half the menu and taking forever to do so while they're trying to train employees. I'd love to see any of you try to do their job these days. Lots more people using the drive through with covid
