A	Ashley Mills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and it was very relaxing and clean. I've been unhappy with the last 2 places I got a pedicure from but I showed Bonnie a picture of what I wanted and she was perfect. I've finally found a great place to get my nails done.

Stood up and there was already a small part of one nail where the colour was ruined. She said she would fix it. They were busy being it was Mother’s Day. She made it worse. My manicure lasted about 20 minutes. Two other nails were ruined 5 minutes after I left! I will not be going back.

I got a pedicure and shellac nails I asked the lady to do a blue colour on my nails but to put blue flames on my ring fingers, she did as i asked and that took about 40 minutes The time is not what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about the way my nails looked after she was done. first of all my nails are very uneven, one hands nails are longer than the other hand. Secondly the flames I asked for were very poorly done and not symmetrical at all, im very displeased on how my nails look but its not all bad the pedicure I got was very nice and she did a great job painting my toes.

I visited the spa with my sister and we were happy to see the staff were very attentive to our individual needs and the pedis we received were perfect. The nail art that I requested was unique and I love it! All of this with a great price in a clean spa with lovely staff. Why go anywhere else?? I'll be going back, for sure, and I live in Calgary!! ?
K	Kaylie Kucy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl was very rough and she even cut me, she never apologized and just expected me to not notice her try to cover up my cut with my own dead skin!!!! i felt tense in my chair because i didnt trust her after that. They were quite unwelcoming as well and messed up on what colour i wanted three times. The nails didnt turn out horrible, just my toe is now sore and keeps etting worse and worse in pain because she was so rough. I usually do not complain easily especailly since this is my Grandmas favourite place to go too but I personally didn´t have a good expeierence at this salon what so ever

Over the next 30 minutes I was there the nail lady took off my nails with nail clippers, cuticle nippers and a blunt object to pull the nail off. If they didn't offer nail soaking I wish they would have said so as its painful to have your nails ripped and lifted..

While accommodating time wise, the manicurist neglected to have me wash my hands post polish removal and dove right into painting my nails with gel polish. The colour was poorly applied: some nails are fully covered while others are just mostly so; the layers of polish are uneven and visible on almost all of my nails; 2 nails have bubbles; there are traces of polish on my nail beds; the post polish filing left 2 nails a bit of a mess; and one thumb was filed square with all others rounded. In short, it’s one of the worst manicures I’ve had in quite some time. I’m booked to have it fixed when they next open, so one of two things will happen: this review will be updated with a positive swing noting the steps they took to correct what I paid for or I will leave the review as is, never return to this salon, and suggest you stay away as well.

She barely even looked at the photo so I showed her multiple times and she said she could do it. First photo is what I showed her I wanted second photo is wha I received. I will never go back here and recommend you don’t as well.
