I must express concern for the apparent decline in service levels, especially at this store location which is near my workplace. Increasingly, serving staff behind the counter are oftentimes non-responsive, confused or unaware of appropriate and accurate responses to customer questions about products. Because Of my work hours, I cannot stop at Tim’s mornings as they are not open until 7:00am. Several times now I have arrived at the store at 7:20am only to discover that the store is not open yet. This morning, I arrived at Tim’s, requested my usual coffee (which I love) but when I asked for two bagels of choice, the young lady serving at the cash register blankly said: β€œthere is no food”. I took my coffee and left for my workplace…yet again, disappointed. Why do they even open their doors and turn the lights on as though ready to do business? I understand that the pandemic crisis has been hard on so many businesses. Still, the hapless responses, the unavailable food items, the erratic opening times, and the snail’s pace of some staff which goes unnoticed by β€˜attending’ supervisors, collectively spells a business in serious decline. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I really love coming to this place, whenever i need a quick snack and alone time. The staff here is very professional and friendly and they even remember your orders if you are a regular here. That is soo great. And this one time, i had forgotton to add extra cane sugar and extra cream in my iced coffee as usually order through the app, but when i went there and told them this. They just simply took back the already made iced coffee and happily made me the one how i liked it. Really, these people are very considerate of their customers.

I do not know what is going on with this Tim Hortons. The staff seem in a daze. Orders come out in drips and drabs. I ordered two chicken sandwiches on my mobile app. After about 10-12 minutes I went in to the pick-up area. I saw a paper bag sitting behind the counter and gave the clerk my order number. She looked at a computer screen and said---yeah, it's being made soon. So I waited. And waited. Finally a young man who seemed slightly more alive than the others picked up the bag and said to his co-worker, who are these two chicken sandwiches for? So I said, those are for me. The original clerk seemed confused by all of this. Honestly, I have never been in such a ridiculously inept Tim Hortons before. I probably won't be back. Hint to owner: you need a MANAGER

Since the new owners and management have took control over this place, things are getting better day by day. I have witnessed the change as the speed of service and customer service got better. Before I use to wait 15 mins just for a cup of coffee but now my drink gets ready while I am paying for it! Good job.

I take mobile order almost 5 times a week and they never make foods correctly. Every time they don’t give me donuts unless I realized then ask for what I paid; and NO ONE there can make London fog, they NEVER put sugar in it. Staffs working there pretty like they were just picked randomly on street then put into a shirt with Tim Hortons on it.

I came in to google reviews just to give this place one star. I asked for an ice lemonade and they gave me a half full lemonade with ice in it. Where did they even get that? The drink on the menu is blended with ice and syrup lol. They don’t stock any food or donuts despite having them on the menu. The service is consistently rude. They are often not open during opening hours, usually just a hand written sign with no explanation taped to the door. Wait times are very long for some reason even when there are just a few customers. I gave them another chance yesterday and they were only able to give me one out of the 4 things that I ordered because nothing was stocked, and the one thing they did give me was beyond incorrect. This place is extremely mismanaged and shouldn’t be open.

This is without any doubt THE WORST Timmy's location I have been to. The service is consistently terrible, theories almost always have mistakes, there is clearly no management or training going on at this location at all. This morning we waited for over 20 minutes for my kids breakfast orders which were wrong and had to wait even longer to have them fixed only for the completed fixed order to sit for several minutes without anyone bothering to notify us or call out the order while my daughter's sat screaming about how hungry they were.

I love going there for my breakfast and early morning tea. Their steeped tea is always fresh and they dont take longer than a minute to make my order. The lobby is always tidy , tables all wiped down. Really impressive customer service
