I did not realize that for my next purchase I get a free reward (the lady did not tell me) and the reward is normally a free drink. But instead she just deducted the price of a 99 cent donut? I would have gotten a drink instead if she told me.The service here is terrible. I was a loyal customer that came everyday and now I wont come back here ever again. Also, the donuts were cold and dry.
S	Sean Roach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were under staffed and should have been better prepared with a large basketball tournament taking place. It took 40 min to order then 20 to get the food. When we got the food they had to ask me what I had because for some reason they didn't seem to know. Then our order was wrong and the food was cold but I couldn't say anything cause we were running late for my daughter's basketball game so we just had to go. You could see they new things were bad and they didn't even apologize to people.
M	Maya M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. So many issues. The lady who took my order didn’t give me a receipt or a number, so when she called my order I had no idea. I waited thirty min trying to ask employees where my order was. It was actually sitting on the back counter the whole time and the same lady who took my order blamed me for not getting it sooner. ??? I couldn’t have taken it as it was out of reach. Also she said she called my order “so many times” which was a lie. I was waiting there the whole time listening. If she called my number I had no way of knowing because again she didn’t give me a receipt or a number. I also witnessed many many orders they screwed up during those thirty min. However, other employees were very nice and understanding.

Not unusual for the manager to be shouting at the customers to change lines or go to alternate cash registers. On occasion there will be waiting times for items such as potato wedges - could be possibly remedied with a more concise cooking schedule.

Food is consistently good, the staff work hard and are consistently friendly. I go here almost every day and I have almost no complaints. Check it out

And the sneak in the slow cooked chicken because it's cheaper... every single time. They also try every effort to not give you coffee sleeves. These people are very dishonest.
