★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there late night, around to closing. The cashier Eileel (I believe) was great, welcomed me with smile even being the end of the day. Took my order and served me in seconds. Great experience. Ofcourse the place was neat and tidy. Thanks and will visit again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for lunch on a mid Thursday. Not busy, I was served at the tilt within 5 seconds. Order was quick no fuss. Orange juice served in ice cold glass after payment and my 2 chicken wraps was done for pickup in 2 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am myopic and wear corrective glasses. I went to order takeaway since i knew they were closing. It was cold and night and no way that I can see without my glasses. I walked in with my mask a little low or else my glasses gets foggy if i enter a store with my mask up and can’t see anything at all. The guy, I don’t know his name but i will describe him as white with dark hair and a fitbit with a silver metal chain band on his left wrist rudely told me to put my mask up. I told him give me a second because i just entered and they will be foggy and I can’t see with them. He stood there and said put your mask on again rudely. I pull it up and asked for some tissues to clean my now foggy glasses. He didn’t give me any, I repeated politely can I please have some tissue or napkin. Again no reply just stood there. I once again requested still he just stood there and he kept ignoring me. I had to take my glasses off and clean them with my tshirt. He could clearly see me struggling with blurred vision but didn’t do anything. When I requested for napkins he just ignored me three to four times consecutively. It made me feel awful about my vision. Needless to say I was very upset with this terrible experience and I will never return to that restaurant and will generally avoid A&W from now on. No one was wearing masks and even though i was the only one took so long. I will never forget the rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great teen burger meal here. They switched around the Entrances. And the bathroom here has a code right on the door. The problem here is all the construction going on they're Milling the road and Paving it's a bit of a nightmare getting to the top where the Bus Loop is, good luck there's a whole block of great restaurants up here including this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had double order because a&w app is not reliable. I was charged twice too. But the girls here were really attentive and nice and helped me to cancel order because app doesn't have that option. Thanks girls, I got my refund receipt too ❤️
