R	Rick Attard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the cravable chicken sandwich..it was dry and only topping was lettuce and a squirt of sauce ..ended up chucking it after a couple of bites ..coffee was made wrong would have turned around and took my order back but was already 15 minutes away ..this wasn't the first time they messed up

Thought all Tim Hortons locations did multiple orders like every other drive thru in existence? (Wasn't even redeeming anything, was paying for everything). I would advice going to Lindsay, Huntsville or even Fenelon Falls Locations, any other one then the Haliburton, Minden Locations where managers dont make up rules.

I witnessed her being rude to a customer who ordered coffee thru the drive-thru and had to walk in and get it warmed up. Her behaviour was unprofessional and rude!

The only issue I had was the amount of people who were allowed to enter at one time. It seemed as though many people could have stayed in the car while 1 person ordered. Otherwise the amount of people did not exceed their limit, it was only a matter of a limited amount of space causing what looked like more people. I would recommend setting out another layout using the existing space and stacking tables aside to prevent the cash area to get busy with people.

O	Open Your Mind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my third coffee of the day from here due to the fatigue and extensive driving (work-related) which was cold and not fresh. Asked politely to warm it up or give me a fresh one but was shown temperament and aggressiveness. As a courtesy to others, I moved from the drive-thru lane and went inside. That is where the coffee was handed to me with discourtesy so I asked the name of the manager and she proudly uttered I am the supervisor, Rabia. I told her I care less whoever you are and started thinking about who would have hired her as a supervisor. She just brushed off and walked away. First of all, it is not my first cup and I know how coffee should be. Secondly, if you have a rough day(natural) Don't bring the negative energy to work. Thirdly, being so rude is not helpful for you and the business. And lastly, you have no right to ruin someone's day who is a paying customer. Well, such an arrogant and hostile first point of contact indeed reflects the culture of this location and how the management/owner operates.
J	John Bergeron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this location. It's never busy at all, don't know who researched this location for a franchise. But hey, it's to my advantage! The coffee is great. I've had a few items missing from my meals in the drive through. Maybe the window person should have a checklist?
