She made belittled my employee and was beyond rude. I am will never shop at your store again. Janet - You should not hang up on customers.

That being said, this is a very small location, they can't stock everything! They do stock some very useful things I have not seen in other Canadian Tire stores.

It’s one thing to go all the way to a store hoping the item you’re looking for is there, but it’s an entirely different kind of frustration when you check online beforehand, only to arrive to the store to told that their staff can’t find the item they claimed to have.
j	john robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so I bought a yardworks snow blower back on November 24 2021. Of course I did before the first snow, but the day I finally got to use it, it started up great and looked great. I then tried it lol the thing would work then stop. I finally got in touch to try and get it fixed, they sent it away saying they it was good.well let's say they didn't do anything because it had no change. I decided to keep doing my oversize driveway with it, and surprise the drive belt went. Now it's sent away again and they have no reply then to say it's warranty work. My problem is can I realy rely on their work, or has yardyorks gone so bad that no one should buy them. I know there's recalls on their electric blowers too. As for the Canadian tire in minden I would suggest that you travel the little axtra distance to a different place especially if there's a chance of a problem. I forgot the snowblower also has other problems, the hand warms don't work and if it's left outside the control cables will freeze up and then you'll have to heat them up to get them to work. Overall I'd say the 338 cc yardworks snowblower is a bad machine
D	Dawn Stever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 300 dollar lawn mower..got it home 3 wheels fell off used for 20 minutes and it quit Wouldn't start again took it back for an exchange the first employee said ok go grab another one another employee walked up and and no we can't exchange this gave my husband a paper you have to call this number. Well he wasn't very happy he called the number today said you have to bring it to Lindsay so Canadian tire DOESN'T honor the products they sell. Who is paying for gas????so a 300 dollar item is now a 400 hundred item never again not to mention hours out of our lives for a faulty product
