B	Barry Elson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time to this DQ, on the way to buy some estate sale furniture. Wife had caramel sundae with pecans, was nicely done. My first Raspberry Fudge Bliss Blizzard. Raspberry flavour was nice, soft fudge was pretty bland. Top was OK, but nothing special. Turned out that the top would be the best part, since the bottom half was not mixed properly. Not likely to try this flavour again. Did see a really nice red Mustang convertible, though. Made my day!
C	Christina Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just had the $8 cheeseburger meal deals and they were overall great, I didn’t give five stars because had to go thru drive thru, good thing we didn’t walk up, the burger was very messy dripping with condiments and fries a little on the chintzy amount in box. With a little attention to the details this could be a great place⭐️

By the time we got to the window they handed us a tray of 5 melted blizzards spilling all over the tray and 1 blizzard was wrong we were not given any napkins and my wife walked back to the window to get some the girl was very rude and handed my wife dirty grease cover napkins. Horrible customer service. Train your staff DQ VERY UNSATISFIED.
d	deblyn2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a poutine. The two burgers were terrible! Overcooked -so dry so disappointing!! I love hamburgers, if your restaurant was opened I would have brought them back. The drive- thru was too long!

We have been to the Dairy Queen in Minden Ontario 4 times in the last 2 months, each time we have had a fairly large order ( 8 burgers, fries, onion rings and drinks) each time without fail our order has been wrong and there have been issues with it. This is the last time we will be visiting this location, our order was not only wrong, they missed a triple burger, the buns on 5 burgers were stale, the fries were soggy and cold, the patties on all the burgers were cold and to top it off 2 of the drinks were not what we ordered. In this consumers opinion this particular location should stick to ice cream and nothing else, I even have to question that since we found 4 hairs in the last blizzard that was ordered. They really need to take a hard look at retraining and possibly other changes to bring this store up to a level that matches other franchises. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

The sign says open until 8pm, however when we pulled up to the order station, they informed us that they could only offer fryer options as they were closing in 10 minute (currently 6:50pm) when stating that their sign says open until 8pm, the response was, we have been slow today and are closing early. After being in the service industry for 10+ years myself, they best way to run a business like this is to honour your posted times. Long story short, change your sign. If your sign (which is florescent purple, I might add and hard to miss) says open until 8pm, stay open until 8pm.
J	Joe Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious. Only giving One star because I can’t give 0!!!!! Out of all the times I’ve stopped here, I’ve had a good burger once. Just stopped tonight too. Ordered a triple burger with fries and onion rings, and some ice tea BS, and a cheeseburger. To start with. They didn’t give me the right burger (this is a common theme at this place and is completely unacceptable) they gave me a double burger. The burger was not warm in the slightest, the bun was stale (I didn’t even know it was legal to serve stale buns) and it had a piece of hair in it. The fries were again cold, and mushy. Almost as if someone else had placed an order, they messed it up, and served it to the next person who ordered something similar. The onion rings were okay. Not really warm but still crispy, and the drink tasted old. Or as of it had a bunch of stuff mixed it, i’m not sure, but it did not taste correct. Secondly. The cheeseburger was yet again, not warm and the bun was also stale. This is unacceptable behaviour from a franchise, and quite frankly some things seem like they border on a health and safety violation. One can only hope that another Fast Food restaurant pops up in town. It’s really needed. The only reason this place has the business it does, is because there are no other options.
