★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this company is very very unprofessional. Appraiser called Friday at 4pm for consent to view property which was sent in writing at 7pm. On Monday said she couldn’t appraise property as she didn’t receive it. In fact she is a real estate agent and the president is a real estate agent also that lost out on the listing as this was a private sale - which means no commissions…facts speak for themselves. I would never use this company or their real estate agents - disgraceful conduct.
