★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty good location in Minden. They have a large fishing accessories area in the store that is very well stocked for those who enjoy fishing and other outdoor sports. It’s a good place for locals to come to shop local within their own community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. Carol is an amazing kitchen and bath designer. They have a gorgeous Pfister Faucet and accessories selection. I always find gifts there. Bought a nice sweater for my sons tutor just the other day at an affordable price and some great books. The staff are helpful here?

Staff are always unpleasant, lumber desk would always mess up my order, resulting in the yard guys having to inform them they do not carry that product. Lots of wasted trips. Employee in the garden center wouldn't even help me find a basic tool as she was too busy talking to her friend. When I wanted to build a two car garage I phoned this location up and asked them how much it would cost for building plans, they told me $900 (600 for the frame) (300 for the foundation). Coboconk Home Hardware drafted the entire drawing in about a day, free of charge... I decided to buy a "Garage" package off the Coboconk location afterwards as I was so impressed. The Coboconk location showed up the next day to literally deliver everything I needed to build my entire garage. I try buy everything I can at the Coboconk location, even though my property is in Minden (they are sooo much more helpful and friendly) Highly advise skipping this location and making the drive to the Coboconk location.

Also the in-store staff who were more than willing to help me find the products I needed or source alternatives because of shortages due to the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience thanks to Niki, Alex, and Eddie. Alex and Niki helped me find everything I was looking for at the lumber counter, and when Eddie delivered the load, it didn't fit down my driveway so he helped me hand load over 200 pieces of lumber on a hot day. He even filled in the divots that the forklift left in my driveway which was soft from the rain. Talk about above and beyond.
