★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last two rentals have been terrible. Wood chipper that didn’t chip, returned it immediately and an argument ensued.
Rented a genie man lift, primary boom and boom extension didn’t work from basket controls. Called for assistance and was told they won’t come service it because it was a re-rent from another dealer. I managed to use it for what it would reach. They charged full price with no apology let alone a discount on delivery/pick up charges.
Now have to rent another to complete the job. Won’t be from CRS/SunBelt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks and peddlers of subpar equipment. Wouldn’t borrow a pen from them let alone rent anything ever again. Charged large for a tiller that did not work (belt no good) and then did nothing to resolve. When I told them it didn’t work they just said they would tell the mechanic and proceeded to charge me for it plus fuel. Terribly run business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks of this particular Sunbelt have gone out of their way to make sure I get whatever I need and whenever I need it. I had an emergency delivery and needed a large machine the next day. They were able to get me what I needed in time for my delivery with no issues.
