Very very disappointed with this location and won’t be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest and worst service ever. They never know what they actually have in stock and then they also always seem to be out of stock. The drive through is stupid slow. They just want to rush you away from the window because the management demand it. They’ll make you drive and wait in the parking lot instead of wait at the window when no one is behind you. It’s ridiculous. I went inside instead of using the drive thru and stood for over 5 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Went to the bathroom, came out. And the guy who was behind me was still waiting for someone to help him. I left. Go elsewhere. This place is a joke.

This is a nice location. Very clean. Good size parking lot. We got our order quickly and stayed for a bit. We have been here several times and had no issues with our orders.
Tried one of those sweet French Vanillas and the coffee has been good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long line-ups in the drive thru and in store. Bathrooms are not clean, but not extremely filthy. There was one lady working the front and she was trying her best, but no one was helping her. The equipment was broken so the lady making food couldn’t see what was being ordered in store (I know because I could loudly hear her complaining about it). One male worker spent the entire time I was there complaining about working on a long weekend and kept repeating that this was why he never liked working Saturdays. It took 15 minutes for me to get my breakfast. Management needs to step in and step it up at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst service as well as food/drink. Would recommend trying a local coffee shop or driving to Okotoks so that you know what you’re getting. Today was a perfect example of how this Tim’s is constantly messing up my order. I ordered a steeped tea and got a coffee instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here if you want service and quality. They lack both consistently. Just look at the lettuce put on my sandwich. DISGUSTING! They make you sit at the order stand until the car ahead has completely left the drive thru in order to make their drive thru times look better.
