Here at Save on Wine U-Brew we take the hassle out of Wine, Beer and Cider making. No need to do this at home with the mess, smell or the expensive equipment.

We will walk you thru the steps of purchasing the kit you want and going thru the process of making it.

Batches take anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. You can save your own bottles or buy bottles thru us. You will need approximately 30 bottles. If you supply your own bottles we have a bottle washer to make sure they are nice and clean before you start the bottling process.

We also carry all the supplies you would need for the end product so you can take them home looking how you want.

Store hours are 12 to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday

We have a California red on the go right now and are looking forward to brewing a batch of Leibfraumilch white wine the next go around. Colin gave us a sample bottle of this wine and it was to die for. Colin does a great job of brewing and will go out of his way to help you.

Canadian alcohol prices for equivalent quality are staggering, and wine is no different in that regard. Colin is my son, and he has been making quality wine for many years. You can’t imagine how happy I was when he opened his own winemaking business. I have ordered a Chardonnay, Raspberry Merlot, Muscato and most recently a Chocolate Port. Each and every one is stellar, and we were so thrilled we took some or the Port to our Florida friends last December. Result – they would like more!

I have ordered a few batches of various wines and ciders and not one, repeat, not one has disappointed me. I have asked Colin for guidance and not once has he tried to upswell / resell; it’s always what I want and some tweaks as needed. Supplies bottles too - saved me trying to find 30 bottles in the dumpsters ? All in all, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
