★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very clean and new. With the Tim Hortons reward cards being offered there. With good service and everything fresh and delicious ?. I would come back and recommend it to anyone who loves coffee and sweets. With great ? service and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at west valley Tims today and felt pathetic to watch supervisor behaviour towards her employee. I did notice the employee was getting uncomfortable to the point where she could breakdown any sooner. But still the lady kept on murmuring at her (in frustration). We felt really bad the employee. “Supervisor needs to get training to
treat her employees with respect” . Afterall they work equally hard for the store to run smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pretty quick on the drivethrough, which is nice. But I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and there wasn't even enough cheese on it to cover the bread. Kinda ruined my breakfast so I can't really speak highly of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese. First bagel was dripping butter. Really gross. Came back to get a new one. Bagel didn't have cheese. Came back one more time and server was annoyed (even though it's her mistake for not listening).
Please have your staff not soak the bagels in butter and please work on accuracy. I get it Saturday night is busy but still this was avoidable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a used Band-Aid in my food, after already eating half of my meal. That is disgusting, and a huge health and safety hazard, even more so with everything that's going on. Picture attached.
Edit: Been over a week since I emailed them... no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people. I accidentally dropped my coffee as I was leaving, and they were all so kind to me. They cleaned it up in a jiffy and even made me a new one. Very classy clean environment. Thank you Tim Hortons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved here and this tims is not consistent with others. We get coffee grounds in drinks, eggshell in the eggs in wraps, eggs that taste very off, and just got a piece of undercooked chicken. I hope someone looks at the food safety and quality a bit, it is a fast food place but this is just food safety issues honestly.
Im sure staff are overwhelmed and understaffed right now so I’m hesitant to place blame on the employees who are just trying to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered from Tim’s in Cochrane. (West Valley) They forgot my extra large coffee and they threw my Boston cream donut in a bag and most of the chocolate icing stuck to the bag! Ordered a crispy chicken wrap with extra pickles and they put two pickles on it. The chicken was extremely poor quality even for fast food !
