โ โ โ โ โ I hope I can give them 0 stars the service was ridiculous. They don't know how to make order all together they served me cold tea and soggy bagel then I asked they said machine is not working. These people don't even know to say sorry.

โ โ โ โ โ This was the worst experience I had with a Tim Hortons location. They basically did not have anything. They only offer coffee, ice caps and donuts. No other common beverages are served. They also don't accept Tims points which many people use to get free drinks and food. I had to wait 15 minutes for an ICED CAP while 4 people were working in the back. This location needs to improve their service or they will continue to lose more student customers.

Good location, satisfied service, accetable food quality.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful. Other clients complaining about being delivered the wrong order and they had angry faces and were trying not to redo the oder for this other client and on my simple request for butter on a biscuit they put this 'slightly larger than usual' amount of butter.
And keep in mind that I'm only doing this review because this is not the first or second time that this happens, and usually are a few select employees.

โ โ โ โ โ Three seperate times i have gotten moldy food here. Two were bages, and one was a farmers sausage wrap. Its pretty hard to prove something was moldy once youve chewed it up in your mouth, so this is where i hope to warn people. I had a moldy bagel at a different tim hortons before. Their quality control is sub par at best, and i think they should require daily health inspections.

โ โ โ โ โ I order a turkey melt and the person got my order wrong so I went back the lady argued with saying thatโs not what the receipt said then finally gave me a replacement which was still wrong that still not a turkey melt.

โ โ โ โ โ Its alright. Ordered a sandwich and wedge fries here. Service was surprisingly quick for my order. Sandwich tasted good, but fries were old and hard to chew. Tea tasted fine.
