★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 7 sandwiches, nothing else. Was told to park and wait. 4 other cars got served while we waited. We got gas, parked and had to wait 20 min. We would have left but my bill was $37 and my kids were hungry. No compensation at all just a "sorry for the wait" under the breath. Now I'm late for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and rush you when there’s no line. This happens to me several times. Just now my dad was asking about a slushie drink and employee completely ignored him and gave his total. My dad did not end up getting anything because she was extremely rude and rushed him. DO NOT recommend. There is another Tim Hortons 2 min down the road with extremely nice staff, always willing to suggest great products. Do not waste your time and money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are very nice people and get things done very quickly. Sometimes the order is messed up but if your like me and hate correcting people then get ready for a interesting drink/food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry that I never took a picture of the bagel I was served at the drive thru window at this tim hortons location.
One corner was literally pointed triangularly (fit directly into the corner of the package), then the sides were straight and parallel, running with their outer sides 3 inches apart as the "hole" was collapsed. Opposite to the pointed end was another pointed discombobulated end. And very thin.
It wasn't "broken".
When I returned to the window the girl there refused to so much as look at it and told me to keep it.
When I took it inside the girl there told me the "you can eat that".
You could ball it up and jump on it and still eat it. What I was served was not a bagel. Paid for another. Same general shape but slightly more oval. You can eat that.... shake head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location. Be sure to ALWAYS verify your orders becaise Half the time they either get the order wrong or as is often the case when I go there they outright forget things. One time I ordered a farmers wrap and 2 coffees, thepoerson gave me my wrap then I kid you not stared at me blankly for a good 10 seconds then asked me "Can I help you?" To which I responded, "Yes, I'd like to have my drinks I ordered" then she has thus big EUREKA moment as if she just discovered cold fusion.
Today I went and there was at the very least 6 staff all working frantically in the back ALL of them ignoring the people in the place waiting to order. I waited 5 minutes and decided the wait was just getting ridiculous. As I leave I couldn't but notice ZERO cars in the drive through. Like what the heck is up with this location? If I was the franchise owner I'd let the floor manager go because it's such a bad customer experience. I was baffled at the lack of awareness the staff demonstrated. Maybe go to the location that's before you enter town if you drive becaise this location sssuuuccckkksss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travel cutlery and a travel mug to avoid the waste of take out containers. Thank you so much for having a measuring cup you use to fill customers' personal cups. Other Tim Hortons are fooling customers like myself by filling a takeout cup with coffee, pouring it into my travel mug, and then throwing the paper cup away. Defeats the conservation purpose! Thank you for your sustainable practice.
