★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from counter staff, specifically two older ladies. One lady thought I wasn’t native and was trying to steal no tax when all my personal informations in the system and I’m well known regular customer. I’ve been a regular customer since they opened and spent thousands of dollars at both the gas station and the Tim Hortons to get treated so terrible. Very rude and discriminating for loyal paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in for a quick bite to eat at the attached tim hortons. Was standing in line, everyone social distancing, when the cashier of the Petro Canada walked over while on the phone and demanded I leave the store or, and I quote “Get on that side, you’re not allowed on this side”. When what I’m sure was a perplexed look agitated her even further, she followed her initial comments with “Get lost” spinning a quick about turn and returning to her register.
After I left with my food, I noticed signs stating only 4 kids allowed in store at a time. I understand this location is frequented by our youth, but not only am I a full grown man on my way to work, I would hope she would not talk to my nephews or nieces in this manner. This really put me off, and in this day and age customer service is everything. Will not be returning for gas or snack, and will absolutely stand on “your side” to wait for my tims again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lady with the short light brown hair that works here is horrible to all her customers. she yells at CHILDREN from EMCS and can not manage her anger problems. i have witnessed her on multiple occasions physically forcing kids out the door. i understand that when there is many people in the store it is hard to manage but yelling at customers does not help. i will never buy from this store again and i recommend to everyone else they do not.
