★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dude working didn't have his nose covered by his mask at all the entire time we were inside, someone came in with no mask and bought smokes. guy working just served him like it was nothing. super concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living in Sooke for a couple of years now. I visit this Chevron almost daily. Today I went in to buy a few items and the cashier was incredibly rude. His name was Jass I believe. Told me to "go f&$@ myself" as I was walking out the door. Several other customers were in the store at the time. Will never spend another dime at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just about every time I buy gas the pump won't issue a receipt and I have to go inside to get it (paper out). I finally asked the clerk why this always happens - I was told that the only other person that works there (the manager) sits in the back all day and won't do anything to help... Nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to close their washrooms during a pandemic, when they are one of only 3 public washrooms in town. You think denying access to one of the only places you can wash your hands is a GOOD idea right now??
Denying access to critical facilities, for the sake of cutting down on cleaning responsibility should be criminal at a time like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop here relatively often. Cashiers are nice. Prices are a tad bit high but the location is convenient to walk up for coffee during online studying. Overall have never really had a poor experience here, and to be honest I don't really see a reason for all the flack this place seems to get.
