★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online, and the food was very cold and the food was prepared horribly, it wasn’t wrapped the greatest and there was cheese on top of the sausage breakfast sandwich we got. When we got our food my hash brown wasn’t even in the packaging. It was under the sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally get something from here everyday.. But lately the doughnuts are so soaked in icing it's discussing... On a apple fritter its should be glazed but its so thick and heavy.. You guys are not heating it up enough or something but you need to fix it ASAP because its gross and I would like to get doughnuts again thx

Please pay your employees a good wage so you can hire competent people who can do the job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAME TO DRIVE THRU AT 11.40pm May 16th and the girl was yelling for no reason on the microphone whereas we were the one and only customer there. I think the girl should learn a thing or two about how to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't like tim hortons. I go there because my girlfriend likes it. With a few exceptions, I hate Tim's. Endless lineups, shifty service, and a whole line of ignorant people in there own little bubbles. Texting on there cell phones. just don't understand why a person would wait in a line all day for substanrd products. If everyone of them coesed, it wouldn't bother me one bit.

It was between 22:15-22:30 tonight.
Cream in 2c-1s DR coffee tasted weird.
Had no muffins in stock.
Too bad that I was going for my work otherwise garbaged that coffee right in front of their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took order and then tried shorting us on a fritter. Had a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap and bit into the chicken only to find a huge bone in it. Had to literally pick chicken off it... so nasty. Coffee tasted off as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly every weekday between 7 am and 8 am, I stop here to get a Medium black coffee. The young lady (Narissa or Marissa?) who is at the Drive Up window is fantastic. She is friendly, courteous and makes the morning drive, just a little bit better. Once in a while, there is a young fellow there as well. He is great to deal with as well. Kudos to Narissa and the young fellow on being great ambassadors for Tim Hortons.
