★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed food was good I asked for no ice they gave me ice I mentioned they should clean the ice away from their drive-thru window when I hit the brakes I slid away from the window two feet back in locked in the four-wheel-drive drove up to the window I mentioned at the window they should get the ice cleaned up did not acknowledge piss-poor English from the person that after receiving window mentioned the second time they should fix up the ice for two wheel drives and front wheel drives especially slide away from the window did not acknowledge super disappointed I will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and staff were great, but there was a whiteboard with several employee rules written on it, including "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean" and "no talking behind the register".
Employees have enough to deal with when making minimum wage at these types of jobs without managers making staff lives miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Arby’s. This is the best Arby’s locale in the city. The Grand Turkey Club is legitimately my favourite turkey sandwich ever. Curly fries are consistently amazing. Horsey sauce is the bomb.
