★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly disappointed with this location. Not only do they seem like they rather be somewhere else, but it shows they couldn't care less about service or quality.
I went there three times in the last month but never again. It increasingly got worse. From truly slow service, wrong orders, over charging and under filling their coffers by inches (every time I order a large, it's only 2/3's full!) - I will never attend this location. I honestly rather spend the extra money at Starbucks than put up with this low quality franchise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line forever and then they were out of product I wanted...then tried to buy six donut but they were out of boxes to put them in... Not first time they were out of items I wished to purchase..will find someplace else to spend my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of this location has dropped. The last two times I have gotten coffee from here it had a bitter taste. The latte did not taste like a latte it tasted like burnt coffee. Go to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I go in and I say double double xl , and he accidently put in two coffees I say oh I only wanted one and he already put it in, so he does the math in his head , but he gives me a little extra because it was one of those times where a person is fluster. I was not sure if I got extra but after counting realized that and wanted to give props for that guy and how nice he was and how he gave it his best shot and I do not blame him at all actualy think it's respectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an iced coffee made three times and even the manager couldn't do it. I probably sound insane but it was coming out dark brown every time instead of beige and it tasted bitter. They didn't understand what the issue was but they must have been forgetting something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the drive through had some sort of manic episode and flung boiling water all over a 20 year old cancer patient. I don’t blame her. What an awful place to work. Please allow her stress leave. Dear lord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place never has anything in stock, always “I am sorry we are out of cookies, I am sorry we don’t have this or that”. Clearly management doesn’t know how to keep shelves full or stocked. It’s called anticipation & observing sales trends and adjusting production accordingly. Six times it has happened and always between 3-6 pm.
