great location but staff are terrible. want to have great drive thru times by having you pull into parking lot. Lot was full on a saturday morning so i said no. The lady working DT didn’t like that and put my wraps onto the grill for 5 seconds instead of the full time. Couldn’t take my order right, items missing and incorrect wraps. Went in to tell them stuff missing and wouldn’t do it unless i had proof… but they don’t give receipts.

After a year of being open, my husband and I were hoping this location would get things figured out and get better, but unfortunately, they haven't. We went here daily, sometimes multiple times a day, until recently. They routinely got something wrong in our order, whether it would be coffee instead of tea, creamer instead of milk, sauce on a sandwich we specifically asked not to have sauce, wrong kind of muffin or donut, missing items, or items being out of stock because they hadn't ordered enough. The list goes on. The mistakes were so common, we were checking our entire order every time before leaving, even smelling our beverages to make sure they were actually tea. I routinely ordered a bacon english muffin, hash brown, and tea for breakfast. I had noticed I regularly became ill after consuming the food. We chose to go to another location in town and order the exact same thing on several occasions, to find out if I had the same reaction. No reaction. So, went through the parts of the order, and by deduction, I determined the bacon had to be the culprit. Whether it's under-cooked or gets contaminated somehow, I don't know. Our last straw was Oct 29th when we ordered dinner through the drive-thru. We were immediately asked to park out front, with no explanation given; we assumed it was that the chicken had to be cooked. We waited for at least 5 minutes before our order was brought out to us. We checked our order and found they had put sauce on a sandwich we specifically asked be without sauce, so we had to go inside to have them remake it without the sauce. Due to only making the minimum required amount of chicken to make our meals, we had to wait at least another 5 minutes, while they cooked more chicken to remake the sandwich. No apology was given, nothing. We contacted head office, and was told that our complaint had been forwarded to the manager of the location. We have yet to be contacted by the manager to discuss our complaint. We have decided that we will not be going back to this location until the operational and customer service issues are rectified.

Watch this location as they are very shady at the drive thru. Tried to charge 8$ for one iced cap thinking I wouldn't notice on debit tap & have tried to short me on change with cash multiple times now. Add that to the fact they can't tell the difference between bacon/sausage & I'd say just go to one of the other 3 Tims in town as I now drive out of my way to when visiting Cochrane.

Terribly unmanaged location. No clue of how to stock and prepare for sales. Running out of a simple item such as croissants at 8:30am on a weekday is pretty poor management. This especially considering they only sell the plain ones. At any rate, if you’re not hungry and want a coffee, I’m sure they won’t mess that up, otherwise just head over to Cochrane because they’re always stocked.

This is a Tim Horton's that is always lacking. Orders can either be super fast and accurate or they can be very slow and incorrect. Service is always good however food can be burnt often. If you can you should avoid this half sized Tim Horton's and head to a proper one.

Service was relatively quick this time but there was no one else there. Always disappointed when the first inch and a half of my cup is empty. Between the whip cream and emptiness the liquid of my large latte starts at the bottom of the T on my large cup which is about half. This is the only tims I've had this issue.

I went into that Tim Hortons on Monday, and a lovely, young, impressionable lady named Ava took my order. She was very kind, and made my food with impeccable care, and I could tell that she loved working. She worked fast and that was the best Tim Hortons food that I've ever eaten. I wasn't going to come back, but I will just for the service from Ava.
