Nathan arrived well within the appointment time, presented himself in a friendly, professional manner. He did a thorough assessment of my washing machine's problem, corrected the issue and gave me what I believe to be an honest and complete overview of the potential future issues with this particular brand and type of washer. He put everything back in place (even tidier than when he began). His billing was accurate and extremely competitive. I would highly recommend using his services.

We expected them to open the fridge and check for any issues. Instead, the fridge was not even opened up. They charged for a 'consultation fee' of $160 and promoted that we get a new fridge. Called the manufacturer instead, they fixed the problem in 15 mins and costed less.

I emailed him for a quote and he called me back the same day to walk me through some trouble shooting steps and options to try. He explained the variety of issues and how they could be remedied. Barring that he was more than happy to come for a service call but empowered me to take the matters into my own hands. He explained the life cycle of the machine and outlined my options if I needed to replace it. He could have easily made money off this issue of mine but took a noble approach instead and through his guidance I was able to fix my own machine. Thank you Nathan. When something else breaks (don't they all!?) I will be calling you without hesitation. Cheers to a good man and friendly local!

Nathan came out to have a look at our dryer and while could have charged us to repair it, instead he showed the things that would go wrong in the near future and explained how that would add up to much more than replacing the dryer would end up being. He also gave us a lot of tips for maintaining the other appliances that we have in our home. He left our home with far less money than he would have had he not been such an honest man, but we will absolutely call him for any other issues we have.
