T	TMccaff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered and paid for 2 window cranks from them and only received 1 in the package. I called and spoke to the "boss" who was immediately hostile on the phone and he says based on the weight you received 2 cranks. I tell him I only received 1 crank in the box, and he responds with you received exactly what you ordered. Long story short when I ask if they can send me out the replacement item that they did not ship his response was "its not likely". He called me a "liar" in 3 different ways on the phone without using the word directly. "Bosses" like this don't deserve to have a job or be in business. If I could have given it a lower star rating I would have.

TIIP has the largest selection of hard to find window and door hardware replacement parts compared to any other local supplier.

After a few years of trying to track down a replacement handle for our speciality sliding door, I was referred to TIIP by Century Hardware on Dufferin St. They recognized the part I needed right away and offered to contact the supplier to see if they still had the part even though it was discontinued. They picked the part up for me the next day and we installed it the same day. We are selling our house and it was critical that we repaired this door. Their service was outstanding - particularly the older gentleman (sorry I didn't catch his name). He even showed me how to remove the screen door and offered to change the screen if we had trouble. Highly recommend them and they are an important member of my contacts list now.
