★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely loud building ended up moving out early because i could never get any sleep. Broke my lease because of it and was charged months rent for it when they said when i moved in that it was quiet. Place is decently maintained though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is definitely a bit older but it seems well maintained and I quite liked the layout for their 2 bedroom apartments. I do with there were lights in the living rooms though. Seems a bit strange not to have lights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is clean and decently maintained. Paul and Jen (building managers 2018) are on top of things and very professional. However- building is old, floors are terribly squeaky, walls are thin, noisey all day/night you hear everything going on upstairs and down. Also suites do not have energy smart/saving features so expect to pay a lot in hydro for heat and hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Word of warning to anyone looking to live here, Don't. The building itself isn't in too bad a condition considering the age, but the building owners (and managers) are slimy.
Expect work orders to not be fulfilled, terrible interactions with the managers, rental increases every chance they can, and say goodbye to your security deposit if you ever try to leave, and in one instance right before I left they unlawfully entered the apartment without providing notice. Stay away if you can find any other place of residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is clean and reasonable maintained but is noisy. However when you move out don't expect to get your full damage deposit back regardless how well you've kept your unit.
