★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr Shum for many years now, and to say she has transformed my lifelong dental experience is an understatement. I had many cavities as a child, and can remember a long history of terror for anything dentist related. Dr Shum not only put me at ease, and has helped my anxiety immensely, she has also helped me improve my dental health where I don't have nearly as many cavities as I had when I was a child. The assistants and my regular hygienist know my anxiety, and have always pet me at ease, and made it a good experience for me. Finally, the administrative staff take their time in sending off my benefits claims, and I feel like I always have the maximum coverage possible. They stand behind their work, and do not cut corners in any way. I will be a customer for life, and am grateful for not only the care they have given me, but my whole family who could tell a long tale of all the benefits they have received from being a patient of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i hear the word implant i can't think of a word but feel anxious and fearful but when i talk to Dr. Trac, I felt safe, comfortable and reassured during my implant procedure.
The service was great, the front desk and the assistant are friendly and very professional from the very start. They are informing me of what step of the way and making sure i am okay. The procedure was quicker than i think of and less painful than expected.
Thank you, and thank you Dr Trac, Sarah, Pam and the staff - you made my visit so comfortable and truly appreciate your kind touch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TI dental is the best! Friendly beautiful staff. I have had so much work done here and they are professional and do good work. They are a true team who cares about your face and you having a great experience. Dr shum is a true artist and the other staff were amazing at helping me navigate my benifits and get everything i needed! I love going to the dentist!

I wasn't certain about some of my medications that I had to take prior to the surgery as my pharmacist was very confusing and though it was the weekend, Dr. Tran called me and clarified everything. This was highly appreciated! I was a bit nervous about the implant procedure but it ended up being a breeze. Thank you Dr. Tran and staff :)

They talk to you about what they are doing every step of the way, and talk to you about may be needed if the future, or give you advice on what to do yourself for better dental health.
