★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given my unique dental care needs (following a traumatic accident) my dentist referred me to Dr. Mathew about 10 years ago. I am so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the entire team has been for my dental care needs. In addition to my annual checkup, Dr. Mathew and his staff addressed all the coordination efforts needed for further treatments under sedation including, for example a cardiac assessment. Although it took months to address coordinating payments with two healthcare insurance companies, Dr. Mathew's team dealt with all the paperwork including detailed letters of support from Dr. Matthew and the anesthetist for the sedation treatments. I especially appreciate how thoroughly they address questions. I highly recommend the Chinook Dental Centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family and I have been going to Chinook Dental and Dr Matthew for years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Dr Matthew is great and very knowledgeable. He always explains everything in as much detail as possible so you understand what is happening. I also can’t say enough about the reception staff. They feel more like family than people that work at a business I frequent. Lisa and Stephanie are two of the most caring people I know. They even came and visited me in the hospital when I got cancer which moved me so much. I can honestly say I love them. I would highly recommend Chinook Dental to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Chinook Dental exclusively for 33 years due the fantastic treatment that I have received from Roy Mathew and his staff. Before I discovered Chinook Dental, I had been to about a half dozen other dentists and was not impressed with the treatment that I received. Roy made sure to address my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that my treatments were painless and thoroughly advised me on what treatments were needed and what was not needed. I was uncomfortable about going to dentists to begin with, but since Roy went to great lengths to relax me and put me at ease, I now actually enjoy going to see him. Kudos to Chinook Dental Centre and their entire staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and ended up with a semi emergency tooth concern...my husband has been going to Dr. Mathews for over 25 years and he said to phone Chinook Dental Center. I phoned and they had me in the same day as a new patient and they were also able to fit in a cleaning as well! All of the staff are very personable and Dr. Mathews was very good at making me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about treatment options! Would definitely recommend! ?

When I met Dr. Mathew I was terrified to be in there in the first place and by the end of the visit I had completely lost any fear of the trade. He and his team are the most professional and personal people I have ever dealt with in the healthcare system. Thank you for the last 16 years and many more for me and my families tooth Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience ever at a dentist. Dr. Mathew is kind, respectful and patient and one of the nicest people I have ever met.
He spent a ton of time with me, carefully and thoughtfully answering each question until I was all out of questions. I learned more about my teeth during my 1 hour appointment than I have in the last 40 years. He also saw my 9 yo daughter and was much more kind and gentle with her than the childrens dentist we had previously been going to.
Dr. Mathew clearly knows his craft well and has a stelar beside manner.. highly, highly reccomend this man as the perfect family dentis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Mathew is the best dentist I have been to. My first experience was a referral for wisdom teeth removal and him and his team were nothing short of amazing. Follow ups were a breeze. The attention to detail and knowledge that he shares with you at your appointments is fantastic, instead of just going in for a “cleaning” he examines all aspects of your teeth and actually educates you on your specific needs and pinpoints areas of concern down the road and provides recommendation for preventative deterioration. I have never walked away from an appointment feeling unsure, nervous or hesitant to go back. I refer everyone to Dr. Mathew and his amazing team!
