Brought my 03 predator there, I though it needed bottom end work, turns out I was using the wrong oil, James saved me upwards of 1500-2000$ he even sat me down and showed me what I did right and wrong when I rebuilt my engine, dude put in 100% and had the parts ready to go, he even cut me a deal on the initial price which he already quoted me less then the rest of the shops, awesome job, hard working stand up guy, definitely going back!

I give this company a 5 star for service and PR. I called prior to an oncoming storm to see if they could come out to the house to check out my 18 year old very large snow blower and they said they would come and pick it up TODAY! They did and also took my neighbours snow blower as his wasn't working either and he had just got out of the hospital. Unfortunately mine was toast however my neighbours was repaired and returned that same day. The fellow mentioned that James (the owner) was picking up a snow blower to repair that was in very good condition. I asked if I could purchase that one and he said probably....which I did. In the meantime it had snowed and the city plough had gone by and the fellow (I am sorry I forgot his name) who does the pick up came by to see if he could do my driveway with his own snow blower that he had on the trailer. Bonus! Not only did he save me disposing of a huge blower (said he uses the parts for seniors who can't afford a lot) but offered to do my double driveway in the meantime while James was fixing the one I had purchased. This company gets a top rating I my opinion and will certainly use them again.

I left my dirtbike at this shop and when I came back the owner put stickers all over it and took it to a motocross race. He crashed and broke the bike then couldn't figure out what was wrong with it for over a month so he sold my bike to another customer. Left threatening voicemails so I had to get the police involved to track down my property. My friend went there and also had to get the police involved as he had unknowingly purchased another customer's snowblower and got the same verbal treatment as I did. Harassment, physical threats and theft are reason the police are always outside this shop. Owner lures customers to his shop by falsely saying their equipment is ready then bums a ride to get coffee and smokes. Has open liquor in the shop which I guess is okay because he also lives there. Just putting this out there so others can avoid this place and stay safe

one star for effort. this company is pretty bad. my dad decided to buy a lawn mower from this dude, and he regrets it now lol. his old one stopped working around the summer time. this dude gave him one and all was good, but when we brought it home it worked for about 1-2 minutes so my dad had to bring it back not only once but TWICE. the guy deliberately blamed it on his co worker who was nothing but nice and its obviously not the co workers fault. the dude is the one who fixed it.

Terrible place... brought a push mower in to have the safety handle fixed and it was never done. He tore the mower apart and only made things worse after it being there for weeks. Finally went to pick it up and was cussed at and threatened. Saying the area is run by hells angels and if I had a problem to take it to the street with him. The owner James seemed to be drunk and on drugs. I would highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs!!
