Streets are narrow getting to and from this business. The neighbourhood is not the best. The people at this business are very nice and helpful.

I shipped a product to Thunderbay March 2nd.It arrived at Courtesy Freight on March 4th and to date, March 14th , it has not been delivered to the end user.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Customer Service Rep Monica. Shes been incredibly helpful as well as so nice. Its great to know that a courier service still cares about the quality and efficiency of their delivery. FIVE STARS!

Disappointed. Charged money for a pre-paid delivery refused to give any kind of recite along with miss placing 2nd part of package. Then placed blame on their sister company Gardwine which was worse to deal with due to rude customer service.. If you value your delivery and customers dont go cheap use FED-EX or PUROLATOR

Very Disappointed in their service, and their lack of respect. Especially from Ken Decourt. I purchased a $4000 item off the internet, which was to be delivered to my home by Courtesy Freight. I phoned and attempted to schedule a delivery time with Ken "in the warehouse," as I work during the day. I was told that I could not schedule a time for delivery, and that the driver would leave my package outside if I was not home. I attempted to brainstorm times where I could leave work, to be there for delivery. Again, I was told that setting a time was not possible. Ken refused to give me his last name, and hung up the phone stating "I gotta go." I contacted the manager Andrew Rowe, who provided Ken's last name. DeCourt (not sure of spelling). Andrew was kind and helpful on the phone, and agreed to have the item delivered at, or after, 4:45pm - knowing that I would be home. UNFORTUNATELY, the item was dropped off outside sometime before 4:45 p.m. while I was at work/on my way home. I was so angry. Thank god nobody stole the item. I could have reported it stolen and held them liable. Luckily for them, I have a lot of integrity. Horrible customer service, and very disrespectful. I would avoid this place at all costs.
