★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful, knowledgeable and great inventory. I was looking for a few things for the upcoming season. Looking online and other bikes shops I came up short. The staff and owners here know every product in their inventory and share other customers feedback while helping you find what you need not just trying to make a sale. I walked out with most of the items I was looking for and will be back to pick up the rest. Very refreshing to visit such a quality bike shop. Great place and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke my throttle cable and made it to Jack and Wendy's. Jack got me a cable and tools, helped me change it and Wendy supplied the water to cool off. Awesome to deal with and got me back in the saddle. Forever in your gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading many reviews I decided to go check this place out. I was not disappointed!! Wendy and Jack are absolutely wonderful folks. I just bought my first bike and needed gear. Wendy was amazing at going through all the gear and helping me get everything picked out and fitting well. Jack has a great sense of humour and we joked around the whole time I was there. They had everything I needed in stock and the pricing was great! If you need anything for the up coming season I highly recommend stopping in and having a look. See you guys soon for some parts lol.

From Texas to Edmonton, east to west and Vernon was the place. Thank you Wendy for all your help!!! Great store, lots of parts and gear. We will return!
