★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a new townhouse from Remington on July 5, 2018. Prior to the closing, we identified 50+ issues in the unit during the PDI and the rep from Remington said that they will resolve these issues in timely manner. It has been over a month and most of the issues has not been started to fix or no update is provided on when they are planning to fix. For the items they attempted to fix, the results are either half baked repair by their subcontractors or they just made more damage to the area. For example, they took down half of my drywall in my family room and they just left it open for over two weeks without giving any update. I had made multiple follow ups (calls and emails) to the customer care. They never respond to my emails or they just pointing their fingers their subcontractors or telling to just call Tarion during the calls. The overall experience with this purchase is negative and I will suggest people to think twice to buy any new property from Remington.
