Avery especially was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I saw Dr. Bargman who was very helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely be going back.

All treatment protocols are discussed in so much detail leaving patients feeling very knowledgeable and comfortable with all decisions being made. Dr.Shapiro is always available for follow- up care and is wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Thornhill Dermatology for adults and teens.

Dr. Shapiro is very easy to speak with, has never rushed me and always has time to explain things to me. We have never been kept waiting for a long time. She has resolved all of my son's issues. I would highly recommend both her and her team if you are looking for a dermatologist who is professional and knowledgeable and very easy to speak with.
M	Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derms don't give a ton of time to patients, don't feel like there is a ton of personal attention at all. Just a quick peek and they prescribe something. However overall good service from the doctors, I am having issues with the reception though. Recently there was a power outage where they prescribed me medication and sent it to my pharmacy. When I went to pick up, I noticed the medication was different than the one I was prescribed ( I had kept the original prescription paper). Very lucky that I checked. I called and the reception was quite rude and didn't offer any apology or solution. I ended up having to call my pharmacy and they agreed to refund me. Pretty disappointed, needs more understanding reception and a more organized team.

Dr Shapiro was attentive, professional, and really listened to my needs. By far the best customer experience I have experienced at a health care office!

He follows up my situation patiently in details. The receptionists are all very professional, they can remember almost all regular patients/ customers, they set appointment /reschedule for you promptly. This is the new location, it’s more spacious and more comfortable. Never had bad experience in here ?
