J	John Szeto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard these guys on AM730Traffic before and a year ago in 2020 Fortis BC were giving big rebates to encourage people to change over the newer High efficient condensing heating systems I decided to give Thomson a call. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Thomson Industries. Guys are Professional, Knowledgeable, Prompt and Careful when following the provincial guidelines for Covid-19 protocols. They answered all my many many questions :) from how the duct work was placed, where the exhaust be located according to By-laws, how the system works compared to a conventional draft unit, tips on how to use the Daikin Smart Wifi thermostat on my cell. They even helped me plumb some CAt wiring to the external services panel outside. A year later there was some minor leakage issue for the Exhaust condensate piping near the unit itself. They came and fixed it with no hassle. They even helped me replace the hose for the condensate pump because they noticed bite marks our cat had chewed it up. They just installed a brand new one in just to be safe! Can not be happier with their service and this new Heating system. Recommended to my family and friends.

S	Stacey Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose Thomson Industries for the installation of a Daikin Fit heat pump and replacement of my mid-efficiency furnace with a high-efficiency furnace and a hot water tank at the recommendation of friends. I was concerned about possible damage to walls with resulting required repairs but my concerns weren't warranted. The installers managed the install with 2 small cuts into walls only in closets and which they covered with plates - they even vacuumed up after themselves. They were professional, efficient and did an excellent job all round. Even hung my closet doors for me at the completion of the job! The office staff were responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with processing the rebates. Impressive!

Helped us navigate the government rebates, apply for financing to use while we wait on rebates. The installation was very smooth and the employees very professional. They helped me install the app on my phone and showed me how to work it even though they'd had a long day and finished up late. Would definitely recommend Thomson.

When they came this week to complete the installation our already high expectations were exceeded by Aaron and his team. The installation was absolutely first class from prompt arrival to the clean up and instructions on the operation of the new air conditioning system. In addition the support team in the office and the sales executive who sold us have also been excellent. I highly recommend this company.

They were hard working, polite, and left everything clean and tidy..Front office staff easy to deal with. I will have to wait til summer to know how well the A/C works. My only complaint is that I was not offered a choice of thermostat. The one installed is a very basic programmable thermostat. I didn’t like the ‘recovery’ mode so had to figure out how to disable it. Other than that, all is good so far..

I chose them because they carried the AC that I wanted (Daikin Fit) and had a good reputation online. Fast forward a few months: the technicians arrived on time, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. I got exactly what I wanted, so I'm happy. All that's left now is to wait for a heat wave to see if the AC was worth it.
E	Edmund Tse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and very professional during the install. However, 2 weeks later I'm having issues with one of my heads. Had to update my rating for the broken head after 2 uses and the process it's taking to get it fixed. I had my unit installed Nov 26, 2021 and now it's Jan 12, 2022 and 3 appointments later my head is still not fixed. On the third visit they came with the wrong part. It's been such a headache to get my unit working. I expect more professional service from their service techs.
