β β β β β I had a confirmed appointment at Wesgar's plant in Port Coquitlam recently during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was particularly impressed by their health and safety protocols to keep everyone safe.

β β β β β pay is at least 30 to 40% lower compared to skills required , unexciting, stressful and lots and lots of heavyweight lifting as as well.
Conpany culture is pretty much non existent.
You are looked at as a mule.
You are just here to finish as much work as you are assigned to ( if you end up in the pre-forming section you are guaranteed dead within the first few days if not the first day-- constant cnc punch machine noise and metal dust everywhere)
-------------
(Pay starts from $16.50 and after couple years maxes out at $18 --- before being hired I was verbally told by that girl, Anmol, that itll be $17.50 and afternoon shift will be $0.50 extra but that never happened.. $16.50 all the way ) if you have the smallest amount of respect and value for yourself dont step in there.. my advice ( dont let companies like this take advantage of you search for something with better pay . A job like that should pay at least, at least, least $23 or $24 per hr --- ideally $25 to $27 ) the problem is that these guys can afford higher tahn $16/hr wages because the machines are constantly raining down with parts. but when they see people dont say anything they keep the wages low. Only one of theyr contracts was a 100 million dollar contract with Canadian government for production if mobile containers for soldiers. Thats only one contract.
Please if you work or have worked here put a few minutes for a review so other people like me and yourself dont fall victim to these liars.
Definitely a 1/5
