★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and prompt, Brandon was excellent to deal with. He had a new 97% High efficiency furnace and hot water tank installed in one day, and it was not a regular install. There was some custom fabrication that had to be done, due to the configuration of our furnace room. They did an excellent job. It was Brandon and Derrick that did the install, did get a chance to meet Derrick as had left just before I got home. Brandon explained everything regarding operation and maintenance of both units. Was showing photos of the install to some of my co-workers, they wanted to know who did the work. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend Sheehan Plumbing and Heating LTD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Sheehan Plumbing as I needed a repair done on a Poly B Pipe. Brandon was assigned to do the job. He was professional and friendly.
The pipe leak was in a very tight space but Brandon got the job done with a reasonable price.(Invoice3553). Will use Sheehan again for all my plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommended Sheehan Plumbing for any of your plumbing and furnace needs. We recently had Sheehan replace our older furnace and hot water tank with newer higher efficiency products . Derrick and Brandon were both super professional and took the time to explain each step along the way. They are super knowledgeable and they do all the work themselves . They were clean , tidy, and any issues after installation were dealt with promptly. Thanks again Sheehan! We are loving our new furnace and water heater .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hot water tank gave up on the Friday night of the long weekend; we called Sheehan early Saturday morning, spoke to a real person (not an answering service), and got a return call from a technician almost immediately. Even though their supplier was closed because of the holiday weekend, Brandon managed to get a tank and it was installed by mid afternoon. The quality of work was exceptional, very clean, and he followed all current protocols. The cost was as quoted, and reasonable. We will be using Sheehan for all future plumbing and heating work in our home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time, quickly giving a diagnostic of the problem, Brandon was professional, honest and straightforward when attending to plumbing calls at my house. He fixed some in-wall issues in no time. The leaks were gone in less than an hour time. He has outstanding skills; he is easygoing while providing a great job. His charges are fair and he tries to help the client keep a low cost during the service. I looked around for many plumbing companies. Sheehan Plumbing & Heating is the best. There is no doubt about it. I will only call them for any of my future services.

As relatively new home owners in Coquitlam it's proven to be very rare to find contractors who are knowledgeable, reliable and honest, but Sheehan really delivered exceptionally on all fronts. Our AC problem/job was a relatively minor project ($ standpoint), but we were nonetheless anxious, and Sheehan moved mountains to engage with us, to explore the issue and were super responsive. Very genuine in their service and interest to help us out. Will definitely use them for anything that comes up in the future and wouldn't hesitate recommending to a family member or friend. -Julia

Dereck and team have done many small jobs and problems and are very honest,quick,and clean up is great too. Very honest and personable. 5 years ago we did a new kitchen and left the plumbing to Sheehan. Derick and Brandon did an awesome job. I would never hesitate to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about the hot water tank service/installation I received from Sheehan. Not only did Brandon rush to come service our hot water tank, but he was courteous and transparent with the diagnosis and pricing. I thought my hot water tank had burst but instead of selling me on a new tank, he advised me the fix was cracked pipe which would be less than $200. Because of the age of my tank, I decided to go for a new tank and install. Brandon advised me every step of the way and as a new homeowner, it put me at ease. I highly recommend Brandon at Sheehan and will definitely be using them again in the future. 10/10!
