He simplifies the matter, analyses the situation and convinces the customer with very logical reasons. He is very human and technical; I know that there is a small Gas Leak and I was going to call Fortis-BC people again, being a responsible a Gas Fitter, he insisted not to leave without fixing the leak without any charge. Strew is a great ambassador of plumbers.
