★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have older Thermoproof windows in our house and are happy with them. Recently I tried to get a quote on new windows. The sales person told me they would come by on the next Saturday. I texted on Friday to get an ETA. No reply. Saturday came and went. No show. I texted asking why and got an apologetic email and a commitment to rebook. 4 days later and several attempts to contact him by text and have had no responses. Pretty abysmal service Thermoproof. I've moved on to another manufacturer. Their sales rep was responsive and showed up as planned on time.
Updated: My issue happened this week. So unless you've changed your process in the last day, your reply is meaningless. I won't be buying Thermoproof products.

Had this company come to my home to measure and provide a quote on 13 screens. We chose to go ahead with their service and ordered the screens. They took a long time to arrive (over two months) and when they did, they were in the wrong colour. The company then had them made again, only to have the installer inform me that the type of screens their company makes will not work with our windows. Over two months of waiting for a product I could not even use.
I was provided with a refund as it was clearly their error, however it has left me in the middle of the summer with no screens.
How their own employees missed this key information when they came in to provide the initial quote is beyond me. But it meant waiting months for a product that they ultimately could not even provide.
I would really think twice before using this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had 4 windows replaced by Thermoproof and we are very happy with the results. We immediately noticed there was less noise transfer. Also the house was warmer and less draughty and of course the windows look much cleaner. The new sleek trim they installed with them looks nice and modern.
I also want to take this opportunity to commend the 3 guys that were here to do the install. They were all professional, courteous and very efficient and let us know how the job was progressing at every step. Very pleased overall!

I Had Nine windows and One patio slider installed replacing the fourty-six year old originals and and was glad I selected THERMOPROOF.
The new ones look great, quiet and operate effortlessly.
Excellent product, Beautiful design, Professional Installation Team.
As expected the difference is great.
Very well constructed and excellent Warranty!

After a few incredibly crazy quotes we were told to contact Thermoproof and we are thrilled we did!! They not only gave us an incredible price on the windows but their product is fantastic! Our house looks sooooo much better and were so thankful to have these in before the summer heat! Thanks so much to Cam and his crew! We would highly recommend Thermoproof to anyone looking for good quality and pricing on windows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with my windows and install team, everything they did fit perfect and looked amazing. Living in a older home that was renovated in the 70's and needed to be brought back (as close as possible) to the original look. Thermoproof employees helped me figure it out. It took 6 months to get the windows, but I knew this going in. It was worth the wait and I saved 1000's of dollars! The install team was very professional. all and all I would recommend them, just be patient, it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over 2020/2021, I have had Thermoproof supply four large windows for my basement floor and also supply-and-install exterior French doors in our dining room. The quality of materials is excellent and the installation of our French doors looks fantastic! (see photo).
I wouldn't describe the female front desk representative as particularly warm or overtly friendly. In fact, I would go so far as to say she made me feel like I was a slight inconvenience.
However, my overall experience with the product and installation team has been great.
