★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a nice new showroom right here in Sidney and the products are made just across the Georgia Straight in Tsawwassen. The big thing for me was that the company is owned and operated by a BC family and not a large holding company or off-shore investors like other Victoria window companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted West Coast Windows and a few other companies in Victoria a few months ago for a quote. Keith came to our place to give a quote and we ended up going to the showroom as well to take a peak at all the windows displayed. We decided to go with West Coast Windows as the windows really showed the best quality from all vendors we have spoken to.
Today was installation day... Tom and Roy arrived early to install the two large windows and they look... AMAZING! We could immediately notice the difference in the sound that comes from the street and the windows are truly beautiful. Tom and Roy were both super respectful and left my place clean! 100% recommend!
