Within minutes we received an order confirmation email, and a confirmation that our account was created. The air filters were received in perfect condition within a couple of days and we are very pleased with the efficiency of this company! We will definitely be doing business with them again!

I am extremely pleased with the repair and explanations, Robert was clear and quick in the repair time as the temperature was dropping quickly in my home. Thank you Robert and N&R Sol you guys are great!

Tech called to say that he might not be able to arrive before the afternoon, because of an accident on the highway. All he had to do was take another route to my place. Decided to do other clients and wait for the temp to "warn up" as per his message. I asked if he had parts to repair one of the problems, and he replied "no, I have to order them".. just found out that I will have to lose another day of work.... not very professional. Addendum: The tech, Robert, was very polite and professional. He reassured me that everything was working properly, except for a noisy motor, that shall be replaced eventually. Until the owner replied to my review, nobody told me that they cannot work on mural systems at lower temperatures.

Great team and fantastic work ethic. In addition the admin and sales staff were great to work with. Attentive to our needs, adhered to time scales and when something was found defective made sure that a replacement part was with us in a matter of 20 minutes. N&R Sol are highly recommended.

We requested work orders or work details for the work to be able to document the issues on this new unit for future reference, and were refused saying it was not our business. There were several requests made by us over a 14 month period to have a specific component verified and were always told it is functioning correctly. In the end with continuous error codes showing we had a different company review and were told that the item was hooked up to the incorrect voltage. We made them aware of this and were offered a $68 credit on a charge of $250. We wrote a negative Google review and then never received the reimbursement. When we followed up with them for our money back we were advised that due to the negative feedback the refund was no longer applicable and threatened that legal recourse would be taken if we continued.

D	Dwayne S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My salesman was initially charming, engaging and later accused me of being inflammatory when I reported that I had serious electrical problems resulting in them connecting the 240 volt system to a 120 volt system. This problem was resolved after much effort on my part to prove there was a serious installation error. Following this, my machine, (I bought two by the way) ran continuously and did not shut off. This was eventually looked into. Recently I was slammed with a letter advising me that my 10 year “all inclusive” warranty will become void if I the machines are not maintained by the company. I’m not an attorney but I think this means that unless I continue to fill their pockets with more money that they have the right to cancel my warranty. I requested to speak with the owner and I was advised that I cannot have this information. Mr. Owner, I am trying to contact you however I was told that I cannot reach you. I have noticed that you are quite accessible in this forum and you eloquently respond…. I’m waiting to hear back from you and I’d like full transparency… was this letter that was recently sent to me on your behalf an intelligent legal way for you to become eventually unfaithful and to not honour the 10 year all inclusive warranty you initially promised? I was not advised of the extra ongoing maintenance fees. Please clarify this for everyone’s sake!!! Also, can you confirm whether your name is confidential and is it actually possible to speak with you directly? Sorry for the early message but my conversation with your staff yesterday has ruined my sleep.
