Cleaning and check of my AC/thermopompe was done well. they found a glitch and offered different services and options with detailed prices so I would agree with all the information in hand. very professional and respectful of our situation due to Covid restrictions. I would highly recommend them as I'm quite happy with their honesty and will be contacting them for all cleaning and maintenance from now on.

Jordan, the MST technician, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was quickly able to identify the problem, cause and solution saving me quite a bit on the labor. Not only was he great at fixing my furnace, he noticed and pointed out that I had a dangerous product around the furnace area. Again, excellent service.

Very qualified and responsive. The service person who showed up to my house was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. He found the problem and fixed it. I was very satisfied. I must also mention Nadine in the front office, excellent customer service from her. I highly recommend them!!!

Called for a quote and they never returned our call. Not a great first impression.

I was referred by a happy client of some 10 years ago: I asked for a quote-estimate and received one before a visit. When I insisted on a visit it took so long that we missed out on any manufacturer rebates. I selected an option and the installation was scheduled rapidly. Your installer called the morning of the installation to confirm that someone would be home, nice. Things apparently took a turn for the worse during the install but instead of speaking to me, Stephane (your salesman) made the decision. Included is a photo of the issue concerning the installation. At the end of the day, I was spoken to by the installer, saying they had an issue, Stephane said it was OK and that they wanted payment. Payment was made and a receipt was forwarded. But no invoice, that was promised to follow….. It has never been forwarded to me so that I may ask for the Hydro Quebec Reno-Chauffage program (which has a 6 week window to file !!!) My mother (who is 90 and does her best to speak French) is extremely upset with the routing of the AC pipe though her Playroom, and when she spoke to the installer, he said your son can do it!!! (I live in Calgary Alberta, and you were paid to do the installation, not me). I have no words for a reply like that, other than you must be Joking, look at the picture and decide for yourself. I sent Stephane a video of possible solution of a drywall run that could cover the hideous pipe and be acceptable to all parties. He promised to take care of it, that was over 2 weeks ago. I text, and he promises to visit and take care of it….. no reply. If you would like to send the owner-boss over to see it in person let me know. UPDATE: The company, actually Mr. Nelson Palencia, did personally address the visual aspect of the surface mounted isultated AC pipe in my mother's playroom, by boxing it in. I personally have not seen the work but my mom says she's happy with it. The AC runs cold and makes her home comfortable during Montreal's hot summer months. Thank you for following up and making things right ✅ for a senior that us near and dear to me.

Great service from start to finish. Installers were efficient, clean and good humored. Sales support was great. Calling the office for info could be better but overall I highly recommend MST. Great job guys!

I don’t usually do reviews but my experience with the MST team has been amazing. Their main electrician came and updated my Panel from a 100A to 200A. The service was top notch.. friendly and informative. A week later Julien, Patrice and the rest of the team changed my old heat pump and oil furnace to a brand new Fujitsu system. Once again the service was impeccable ! Guys thanks again for the great work!

I didn’t end up doing business with them but I think it’s worth it to give them credit for the quote. They were very professional and spent the time with me to explain everything. They seem to really care about their customer. Well done guys!
