Warning !! it's real thieves !! they send you a container for a price of $ 600 per phone and 2 months later they charge another $ 200 on your credit card without your consent for no reason.

Ca la magané mon asphalte parce que le chauffeur a manqué de jugement. they delivered the container in the middle of my entry when I asked him to give it to me on the side of my entrance which was in gravel. It magane my asphalt because the driver has lacked judgment.

On nous a dit qu’on nous le livrerait deux jours plus tard, soit le samedi ou bien le mardi suivant d’avenant le cas où ils n’auraient pas le temps de l’apporter. Pas de nouvelles samedi, mardi on nous informe à 17:00 qu’ils viendront nous le livrer le lendemain, mercredi, en priorité. Nous avions pris congé pour effectuer les travaux. Mercredi, pas de nouvelles. À midi on nous dit que nous « devrions » le recevoir la journée même, mais que ce n’est pas garanti. Puis à 15:00 on nous dit qu’on ne pourra pas nous le livrer le mercredi MALGRÉ NOTRE PRIORITÉ, et que ce n’est pas garanti non plus que nous allons le recevoir le lendemain car ils sont « short » de conducteurs. On nous informe que le boss insiste pour prendre plus de rendez-vous, jusqu’à 300 livraisons par jour avec la présence de 8 CONDUCTEURS. Trouvez l’erreur. Par contre, une heure après avoir réservé le container, évidemment ils ont eu le temps de prélever le montant complet sur la carte de crédit. Plus jamais nous ne ferons affaire avec cette compagnie. Total manque de professionnalisme. UPDATE: Bien facile de nous dire d’appeler sur la ligne de satisfaction. On tombe sur les mêmes réceptionnistes qui n’ont aucun pouvoir. BONUS! On m’informe que notre remboursement devra attendre 2 SEMAINES DE PLUS, parce que la seule personne de toute la compagnie qui puisse le faire est partie en vacances! DU GROS N’IMPORTE QUOI! We ordered a 20 yard container. We were told it would be delivered to us two days later, either Saturday or the following Tuesday in case they didn't have time to bring it. No news on Saturday, Tuesday we are informed at 5:00 pm that they will come and deliver it to us the next day, Wednesday, as a priority. We took time off to do the work. Wednesday, no news. At noon we are told that we "should" receive it the same day, but that is not guaranteed. Then at 3:00 p.m. we are told that it cannot be delivered to us on Wednesday DESPITE OUR PRIORITY, nor is it guaranteed that we will receive it the next day as they are "short" of drivers. We are informed that the boss insists on making more appointments, up to 300 deliveries per day with the presence of 8 DRIVERS. Find the error. On the other hand, an hour after having reserved the container, obviously they had time to withdraw the full amount from the credit card. We will never do business with this company again. Total lack of professionalism. UPDATE: Very easy to tell us to call the satisfaction line. We run into the same receptionists who have no power. BONUS! I am informed that our refund will have to wait 2 MORE WEEKS, because the only person in the whole company who can do it is gone on vacation! WHOLESALE ANYTHING!
C	Cristian Sabau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has some of the worst drivers. Also, is not taking any measures to ensure that they are safe and respect the lows! This driver cut an entire line that was waiting on the correct lane, and just because he is driving a garbage truck ( literally and physically) he cut in front! Safety??? Forget that! Not even a "please let me get in that lane" or something! No, just jumped in front! On top of that, I called the company to report this driver and I was promised that one of their supervisors will call for more info...I'm still waiting for that call! If this is the way that this company is looking at safety and their drivers, I don't even want to think how are they treating the clients! No wonder they have a 2 star rating!
