Container delivery was promised sometime between Friday and Saturday. Didn't arrive and at the end of Saturday I called. Dispatch said it was scheduled for Monday. It arrived end of day Monday. If you want more stars, you will need to tighten up your delivery window.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! First, they do not hold to their promised drop off time. Second, they intentionally stall you for the pickup and then tell you you'll be charged for using more days because they can't come get their container. Oh and they charge you for days even though they're closed and can't come get the container. Third, they are flat out liars. I rented a 10 yard container to throw out a 12 by 16 foot deck. They tell me my container had a total weight of 3700lbs. If you know anything about decks you'll know there's no way a 12x16 deck weighs 3700 pounds. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They'll charge your credit card for everything they can and then some. Rouville, melimax and these guys are all the same company, stay away! I hope this helps.

Unprofessional (rude) customer service and very loose delivery times. One star is too much, but I can't give any less. Details below. There are actually three names that lead to one company - Le Geant du Conteneur, Melimax Inc and Conteneurs Rouville - you call any of those, you get to the same place, same conditions, same person answering the phone. I've ordered a 40 yard container from this company. I was dealing with a person named Mira Milo. She accepted my payment, sent me a receipt over the email. There was no confirmation of delivery date. So I emailed her, asking to confirm that container will be there on a date we agreed on. Mira Milo, apparently Harward school of PR postdoc, started her reply to me with words "Like I said", even though she didn't say anything on a subject before. She then called me and told that they cannot confirm the date - because "things can happen" Road closures, earthquakes... I needed container on June 15th. She said, it could arrive on 16th, 17th... and she kept counting to 20 where I stopped her and said - this is not acceptable. I only have a week to finish the job. I can't wait 6 days for the container. She was very irritated and told me - I can cancel. So I cancelled. She gave me no receipt for cancellation. One week later the charge was still there, on my card, so I called her again. This time she was even more irritated and asked me not to call anymore. Three weeks now and still no refund. I've filed a dispute already. Not a pleasant experience.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is run by crooks. They did everything they could to make my experience a living nightmare. First, upon arrival, they placed the container in the wrong spot, then broke many bricks leaving the driveway. They charged me 72$ randomly without anything on the bill saying what it was for. My original quote was 584$. After clearing my driveway of snow, I told them they could come anytime from now until Monday which was 3 days later. Sunday the temperature went up to 10 degrees and all the snow that was left melted. Instead they planned their arrival just after a light 1cm snow. Driver came for 5 mins, took a picture of a bit of snow, and drove off. That cost me an additional 202$. Then they charged me again 74$ for scratching. Upon complaining several times, I was finally able to reach a supervisor whom assured me twice that I'd be receiving a refund of half the ridiculous 5 mins extra fee, so 100$. They then instead charged me AGAIN 74$. 2 weeks later and still no refund. I'm beyond flabbergasted at their unprofessionalism. A 584$ quote turned into 1120$ approximately. Be warned, they have 0 compassion and use sneaky tricks to keep charges coming. I'd give them a minus grade if it were possible. Obviously I have no time to start a legal battle, but hopefully if I can convince 1 person to not use them when they otherwise would, then it would make their gasp worthy extra costs worth it. All they had to do was refund me that 202$, and I'd have not made such a fuss,. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot for a quick cash grab.

Unacceptable experience. Bin due Friday or Saturday - already a loose window. Late Saturday we had nothing. Called in only to find out they were “behind schedule” so didn’t plan to drop it off at all. No call to let us know and of course they don’t work Sunday. Lost a whole weekend of work, they could barely offer a $50 discount, and they couldn’t even guarantee an early delivery on Monday. The lady on the phone was kind, so I guess that makes them worth the 1 star I need to post.
