Showed up late for the container drop-off and all while their agents were incapable of giving me a proper ETA. Never showed up for the container pickup despite the agents assuring me they'd arrive before 5pm. Wasted a whole Saturday waiting for these guys. Horribly run company. Discourteous & inconsiderate.

Watch out for these guys... Got double overcharged: Got overcharged for a late pick-up which was a mistake on their end, said they had no proof I told them to pick it up before... They forgot to pick up their container and overcharged me for it. Then, they charged me again for overweight, which is highly questionable given the nature of what was in there, but how are you going to prove them wrong... will never deal with this company again.

I sent back a container that was 3/4 empty and just got an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $100 for being one tonne over weight. Liars and thieves. Use at you're own risk.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. They are still charging my credit card over 3 months after I rented from them. And the kicker was that I was already disappointed with their service because they quoted to me a cost of $480 CDN for 2 week rental and then invoiced me for $760 and told me there was not record of the quotation. I believe this is border line thievery. The quote I got from the customer service rep was "when you booked online you accepted our terms and conditions". Not sure that settled me any.

Customer service cannot get any worse. I was confirmed a price over the phone for container rental and they ended overcharging me without notice. I called to find out why the price had changed and they explained it was a human mistake and there is nothing to be done since the delivery was made. I insisted to have transaction canceled and rental returned but they agreed to reimburse only half my money! Just a horrible company to deal with.

Unprofessional (rude) customer service and very loose delivery times. Details below. There are actually three names that lead to one company - Le Geant du Conteneur, Melimax Inc and Conteneurs Rouville - you call any of those, you get to the same place, same conditions, same person answering the phone. I've ordered a 40 yard container from this company. I was dealing with a person named Mira Milo. She accepted my payment, sent me a receipt over the email. There was no confirmation of delivery date. So I emailed her, asking to confirm that container will be there on a date we agreed on. Mira Milo, apparently Harward school of PR postdoc, started her reply to me with words "Like I said", even though she didn't say anything on a subject before. She then called me and told that they cannot confirm the date - because "things can happen" Road closures, earthquakes... I needed container on June 15th. She said, it could arrive on 16th, 17th... and she kept counting to 20 where I stopped her and said - this is not acceptable. I only have a week to finish the job. I can't wait 6 days for the container. She was very irritated and told me - I can cancel. So I cancelled. She gave me no receipt for cancellation. One week later the charge was still there, on my card, so I called her again. This time she was even more irritated and asked me not to call anymore. Three weeks now and still no refund. I've filed a dispute already. Not a pleasant experience.

They charged me twice for containers not linked to my account, even though I called the first time to fix that issue. The second time I called, they simply refused to remove the credit card assossiated to the wrong account only saying they never remove credit card from account, so I had to call Visa and cancel the card miself. They also charge extras over transactions that happened 2 month earlier. I never leave bad comments because mistake is human, but they go beyond the limits of what I can tolerate. Horrible experience with them. Would not recommend.

This company has some of the worst drivers. Also, is not taking any measures to ensure that they are safe and respect the lows! This driver cut an entire line that was waiting on the correct lane, and just because he is driving a garbage truck ( literally and physically) he cut in front! Safety??? Forget that! Not even a "please let me get in that lane" or something! No, just jumped in front! On top of that, I called the company to report this driver and I was promised that one of their supervisors will call for more info...I'm still waiting for that call! If this is the way that this company is looking at safety and their drivers, I don't even want to think how are they treating the clients! No wonder they have a 2 star rating!
