★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite yarn store in Toronto. Its main attraction for me is the owner, Wendy. Wendy is the most patient and skilled knitting teacher I've come across - I'm a slow learner, but she can teach even me new tricks! And she has amazing stories of where her knitting has taken her, among other tales...
Great selection of yarns and notions across the range of prices. Excellent repairs on knitted work for a very reasonable cost. And a large number of exquisitely-knit baby and children's clothes and accessories, and some adult-size ones, for sale. If you want to buy hand-knit items for babies or children, you won't find nicer things for better prices than at the Wool Mill.

The repairs that Wendy does, and for very reasonable prices, are top notch. I LOVE that I don't have to abandon an item of clothing that is fixable just because I have no idea how or where to fix it. So rare to have this service these days and so, so appreciated!! A big thank you Wendy and the ladies at The Wool Mill!

Service at curbside was impeccable, got the item back in about a week, the quality so amazing that I couldn't tell where the original damage was!
A happy customer here, will gladly bring any future repair here, and for my wife's yarn needs as well! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to find some yarn for a Hufflepuff scarf and I was so pleased to discover that everyone in the shop knew which Hogwarts House they belonged to and were able to give me an informed opinion on the best colour yarn. They also had dog treats for my pup and I just felt like I had found my people.
In addition there was a wide selection of yarn and knitting tools.
