We purchased two distillers from the Water Guy, one for North America and another for Europe. Both time the personal service and attention was five stars. Highly recommend for price,quality and service.

Check correctly your order when you received it! I ordered 3 times with this company and 2 times I received one or many wrong parts or there were missing parts. The quality control for the order preparation seems very bad. First time the customer service was really at least very nice with me and sent me the correct parts and the missing parts right away. The second time the customer service rep was trying to put the fault on me stating that I ordered the wrong part or that I had the wrong matting part at home. I had to argue with them to finally receive. Really not happy with their customer service.

I first contacted this company in 2017 inquiring about replacement parts for my under sink water filtration system, and received a quick, helpful and friendly reply. At the time, bought from a supplier local to me as I was in a hurry. However, I kept the Water Guy's email so when it came time to replace again I would remember them. Their prices are fair, shipping was QUICK, and I got exactly what I ordered. Thanks for the tasty water again!

Ordered a pump to increase pressure before a RO filter and they sent me the wrong type and pressure of pump. Upon trying to get a replacement or a refund this was their response. "You’ve used the pump so now its used, not new unopened like our return policy. What are we supposed to do with it? (please don’t answer) Its past the 30 day return window. You probably could make this work if you were willing but you’re not. You blame our staff for what you clearly requested instead of taking ownership of your actions and you are incredibly rude which is not something any staff here has to tolerate." I spoke with their tech support 3 times and "Tried to make it work" but they were unhelpful and even admitted that they sent the wrong pump, but won't make it right. Don't make the mistake of shopping here like I did!

I have made a few purchases over the last couple years and continue to be impressed with The Water Guy. This past week I was installing a new refrigerator with an ice maker and I needed to increase the water pressure from my RO system. I sent an email to the website explaining my issue and received a prompt reply with a listing of parts I needed to fix my system. I was able to easily add the parts to the shopping cart and my order was completed. Shipping is very fast as usual and now everything is working great. I will continue to buy what I need and refer others to The Water Guy.

Ordered a booster pump. Site said Available and shipped 1 to 3 day. 9 day later, I made an update with the company and they told me taht the pump is backorder and they dont know when they will have some. I need it in 2 day for my maple sap and need to search who have it in stock. Bad advertising, bad communication, only the price was right, but cannot have the product, so for what it worth....

Al does really good replying my requests via emails even on the weekends which I find the other stores are hard to compete with. Guys you just need to be a bit patient. Send you questions thru email and sort out what you really need to get. It was a bit difficult to get hold of him in the beginning maybe due to high demands, but man this guy is down to earth and extremely knowledgeable for all my water filtration questions. Will continue to buy from The Water Guy.

I was referred to Al as the β€œright guy” to get my water softener and filter system. Al was so accommodating and quick to respond to all my emails and questions. He was able to set me up with a hybrid unit that requires very little intervention on my behalf. The installation was quick. The service was superb and I’m very grateful to have been referred to Al. I will definitely continue to do business with him moving forward.
