★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative reviews are totally wrong. There is great selection and have re-organized the store beautifully. Prices may be a bit higher but they help people in need in our community. The new manager is very helpful and kind. If the people want free stuff don't go to a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection and excellent customer service for a secondhand store but high prices considering all the product has been donated to the store. Many items I looked at were damaged but priced as if they were not. Some prices are even a bit greedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Salvation Army is usually our first stop on our weekend visits to Cranbrook. The nook with furniture items almost always has treasures worthy of a second look.
They also have a wide variety of household items and small appliances. You are spoiled for choice if you are looking for house decor, glassware or small appliances.
I have never looked for clothing there but the selection appears decent.
