★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited British Columbia on vacation with our family and went to this church because it was one of the first ones that we noticed while we were there. we were greatly disappointed when we entered the worship service. the music was entirely too loud even for us millennials. our children were holding their ears and almost crying because it hurt their ears. we couldn't stand in the sanctuary for more than 2 minutes. when we left we expressed our dismay to a couple of the staff who were very friendly and encouraging. we prayed with them and expressed that we really liked the music and the songs and the message but felt like it wasn't very loving of them to have the music this loud. They told us there wasn't much they could do because they were just following the orders of the senior pastor what would pass along our comments to them. We also were a bit uncomfortable with leaving our kids two blocks away in a separate building for their service so we kept them with us
