★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just started going to see Michael at Varsity. I have to say he has been amazing. Our first meeting we sat and he asked me a bunch of questions to make a treatment plan. This eased the anexity of trying something to new. eing my first time he also explain how everything would feel before he put a needle in. By the end I was excited and couldn't wait to book another appointment. Been twice now and things have been getting better and better.
At the same time I decided to book a massage. I met with Urszula for my first massage. I told her was having some back issues and she went right to work. As the massage progressed she made sure I wasn't in pain as she worked some praticularly bad spots. At the end of massage she said she noticed some issues in the spine that was effecting the left side of my body. A couple days later at the doctor I was diagnosed with herniated disc in back. I have booked a few messages since then. She is awesome and I highly recommend her.
Finally staff at Varsity has been amazing! Love the text reminders for appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first every reflexology appointment today with Rocky. It turned out that my actual appointment was booked for tomorrow. ? Despite my error, they were very accommodating and fit me in. The session was excellent. The office/treatment rooms were comfortable. I recommend Varsity Natural Health!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 year ago I was in a bad ski Accident. I was going to physio and was recommended to go for massage.
I went in to varsity health and was introduced to Ursula. She took an assignment and stared working with me. I went every 2 weeks for 4 months then once month after that Ursula took the time and worked different parts of my body and actually told me what muscle She was working and the benefit.
I can say that I am truly grateful to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow !! I just had an excellent 1 hour massage with Rocky van der Hoek. He is a very experienced, professional, strong and yet mindful massage therapist. I am a very active individual and Rocky's attentive and thorough appoach always brings me back to center. I am a long time returning client of his and am glad to be back in his capable hands. I will definitely book again very soon. Studio is very clean and staff were attentive and helpful. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful, clean place. Kate is always very quick to welcome me when I walk in and is very friendly. I have only been seeing Rocky for a week now and already I have been walking differently and almost pain free. I've been to many massage studios and have never been to such a professional place and worked with anyone nearly as experienced.
I strongly recommend you come in to see rocky!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this center was purely due to following the masseuse who has been treating me for the last 8 years. Rocky has been working on fixing and maintaining a few issues I have with my back and some old sports injuries.
I’ve tried going to a few other places over the years but keep coming back to Rocky because he simply knows what he’s doing and it works. He’s very receptive to issues and pain tolerances (deep tissue type massages) and what works for me.
As long as Rocky is here, this is who will be getting my business for massages.
The space is really nice as well, rooms are clean, quiet and nicely laid out. Nothing over the top, just simple modern and clean. They have a wide offering of specialists on site, of which I am taking advantage of in the new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to find a massage therapist who really fits you. I found that person with Rocky and have stayed with him for more than 2 years now. He has helped me release tension in my neck and shoulder and has also offered ongoing encouragement towards a better sense of well being. I cannot imagine going to anyone else.
The facility is clean, with tasteful decor, feels comfortable and has ample parking. As a bonus, the meditation room has a beautiful rock garden view. Overall, I highly recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m one of those people who never had a go-to massage therapist, hopping from one to another depending on who fits my schedule the best at any given time... until I met Rocky about a year and a half ago! Rocky just knows... not just physical aspect of my life but my spiritual and mental aspect as well and I always walk out of a massage session with Rocky feeling rejuvenated inside and out. His wide variety of techniques used in each massage session were perfectly adjusted and catered to my needs and this seriously amazes me! Like I said, Rocky just knows what my body needs the most at any given time and delivers it just right. He also teaches mindful meditation classes and it has changed my life in an amazingly positive way. Rocky is a truly gifted massage therapist and my spiritual mentor! Truly lucky to have found such a powerful light named Rocky!
