★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to ask if they sold belts for the brush roller. They said yes but bring in the model number. In my haste to clean before my partner came home, I did not get the model number. I brought in the belt and the gentleman who came out essentially eyeballs the belt instantly. After his coworker came out she was fairly confident he had it right. I was warned that without the model number it wasn't a for sure fit and gave me some testing tips before starting it up.
It worked like a dream, basically turned a free "weak" vacuum into a powerhouse.
Highly reccomend as they were quick, friendly, super knowledgeable and my apartment looks great again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my kenmore vacuum head and shaft in as the shaft would not lock in place and mom sucked up a ball in the head!! When I took the head apart, I missed something putting it back together again. Called this place and took it in. The gentleman got the shaft to stay in 1 spot and did say he had a replacement shaft which I op'd to take. He also replaced a spring in the head so it would lock upright. The cost was surprisingly reasonable and I would not hesitate to return for any vacuum repair! May see you in spring for the garage vacuum!!
